Enjoy a rejuvenating practice on the beach, on the grass with musical carpet the sound of the waves and birds.
We defined as a meeting point the crossing of Kalo Chorio – Prinas at 17:45 every Tuesday and Friday. From there we will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches of Lasithi, Voulisma, awarded with the Blue Flag, where gazing the blue of the sea and together with the melody of birds we will awaken our body and spirit.
Our journey to yoga will begin with pranayama breathing techniques which will help us learn to breathe properly and learn how to control the levels of the stress during our day. The pure air and the sea breeze will awaken our consciousness as our body begins to move to the soothing rhythms of the asanas. We will experience a unique body activation experience and coming to the end we will relax by doing thai massage under Christos’s guidance.
Hatha yoga. The word “Hatha” means physical effort reminds us that spiritual work needs dedication and effort. In essence, this is not a separate kind of yoga, but for a class that includes any kind of yoga based on physical activity. However, in practice Hatha yoga teachings include exercises that can be performed by everyone, beginner or advanced, young or old. These exercises are considered particularly relaxing and are therefore ideal for calming the human system at night.
After the end of our practice we will enjoy a dip in the wonderful sea.
The practice is for all who want to enjoy the magic of nature and the awakening of mind and body. You do not need to have previous experience.
• Participants must wear comfortable clothing
• It is good for the participants to eat lightly 2 hours before

• Hold a swimwear for a dip in the crystal waters of the Voulisma
• Bring a large towel or mat
