Christos was born and raised in Kalo Horio, Lassithi and he started his quest in 2011 in Greece and London. His wondering started off yoga paths where he taught Hatha yoga and he is a certified instructor of Yoga Alliance International and Thai massage therapist under the supervision of Krishnataki at Sunshine House. He recently moved to his Village where his love and passion led him to organize courses and workshops so that everyone could learn the secrets of these two ancient arts of East. The journey starts with the first step. Enjoy your own trip with us.
